Business executive tasked with taking innovative company to next level
Paradigm Building Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Philipp Gruner as CEO of Paradigm Building Solutions and its subsidiaries and the transition from the owner and founder Stefan Maunz, who will continue as the chairman of the company.

During his engagement with Paradigm over the past few months, all of us at the company have been excited to see the steep trajectory and positive impact of his contributions in this short timeframe. Philipp will be responsible for all aspects of the organization.”
Philipp brings extensive financial and executive leadership experience as well as a significant background in construction, large scale project management, social housing and working with several blue-chip companies within North America.

Philipp Gruner has served as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Civeo Corp., one of the world’s largest integrated providers of workforce accommodations. Philipp is a proven leader with over 20 years of leadership and corporate management experience at executive levels in the construction, energy, hospitality, and consulting sectors. He was part of the leadership team when PTI Group transitioned from being subsidiary company to the standalone corporation known as Civeo today. After 13 years with PTI/Civeo, he worked as a consultant for a variety of companies, in the construction, hospitality and logistics industry as well as helping a financially struggling not-for-profit organization turn back into a financially stable organization within 15 months. Philipp earned both a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Management and an M.B.A. from Athabasca University. Philipp sits on the board of several not-for-profit organizations.
