With the support of Paradigm, I have been able to get my forklift certification and have completed a Passive Home Tradesperson Course. Paradigm is also sponsoring me in my Carpentry Apprenticeship.

“Hey, my name is Caelan Gumpenberger.  I’ve been working for Paradigm for 9 months.  I’ve just finished my First Level of my Carpentry Apprenticeship through Skilled Trades with Paradigm sponsoring me.  After only working for Paradigm for 6 months, I was eligible to be accepted into their Apprenticeship SUB Program that topped up my wages by 45% when on EI while attending school.  No other company I’ve heard of does this.  This was a big reason I joined the Paradigm Team.  Working here is great!  There’s opportunities to work locally, build subdivisions, work in the Factory, and if you like to travel there is a great opportunity to work remotely…really everything!  We are also Building Step Code 5 requirements on some projects which is huge to be able to start learning now.  It’s definitely the future of Building!“

Experienced Carpenter / Journeyman Carpenter

As an Experienced Carpenter you will be reporting directly to our Factory Leader. This is a full-time position with competitive wage and employee incentives.

Factory Logistics Manager

As Factory Logistics Coordinator you will be reporting directly to our Head of Operations. This is a full time position with competitive wage and employee incentives. This opportunity will be a combination of leadership, planning and hands-on work.

General Labourer

You will report directly to our Operations Manager. This full-time opportunity will be a combination of hands-on work on the floor shop, carpentry and robotics operating

Did you know that we offer our employees Carpentry Apprenticeship Programs and Supplemental Unemployment Benefits plans?

As an Employee of Paradigm Building Solutions, you may be given the opportunity to become a registered Carpentry Apprentice with Skilled Trades BC-formerly the ITA! We will sponsor your apprenticeship and offer you Supplemental Unemployment Benefits while you are away completing your course training. What does this mean? It means we will top your wage up to 95% of your regular payment while you receive the 50% payment that EI offers you.
